For patients with no dental insurance, we offer a 5% discount when your balance is paid in full day of service with cash or check.

We take many Insurances at our office, we are currently in-network with the following:

Assurant 

Regence 

Our office is also in-network with certain Cigna and United Concordia plans. 

If you are insured with a plan we are not in-network with we can still bill your insurance, there may be a remaining portion not covered by insurance that the patient is responsible for.
